TinyCapes programs are designed for children aged 6 to 15. As a parent or legal guardian, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You provide consent for your child to participate in live sessions and use our child-safe AI tools.
• You will handle all account registrations and payments on behalf of your child.

2. Programs and Live Sessions

We provide mentor-led, project-based learning experiences. We commit to:

• ▸ Providing scheduled live sessions as per the batch timings selected.
• ▸ Ensuring a safe, respectful environment led by trained mentors.
• ▸ Granting access to course recordings for a limited time for review purposes.

To maintain a positive learning space, we expect students to:

• Be respectful to the mentor and fellow students.
• Use the AI tools only for creative and educational purposes.
• Follow the safety guidance provided during the "Digital Safety" modules.

TinyCapes reserves the right to remove a student from a session if their behavior is consistently disruptive, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Kids Own Their Creativity: Your child owns the intellectual property of the projects they build (comics, games, apps).

TinyCapes Showcase: By sharing a project in the student gallery, you grant us permission to showcase it (anonymously or with the child's first name only) on our website and social media to inspire other learners.

6. Limitation of Liability

TinyCapes provides educational tools and mentoring. While we use child-safe platforms, we cannot guarantee that AI-generated content will always be 100% accurate or predictable. TinyCapes is not liable for any technical issues resulting from your personal internet connection or hardware.
